1. What is your photography style?

My style is nostalgic, soulful, and storytelling-focused with bold true-to-life tones. I focus on capturing genuine connection, emotion, and the moments that feel natural and timeless.

2. What types of sessions do you offer?

I specialize in family, lifestyle, seniors, grads, milestones, motherhood, and creative portrait sessions.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Session retainers are non-refundable and secure your reserved date and time. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice. One reschedule is allowed based on availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session may require a new retainer to book another date.

4. What should we wear?

After booking, you’ll receive a styling guide with tips on colors, textures, and outfit coordination that fit the KLES nostalgic storytelling aesthetic beautifully.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

At this time, I do not have a specific videographer partner. However, I am always open to collaborating with creatives whose style aligns with the nostalgic storytelling and soulful aesthetic of KLES Photography.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. I always encourage clients to share inspiration, ideas, or meaningful shots they would love captured. While I provide gentle guidance and candid prompts throughout the session, I also want your gallery to feel personal and true to your vision.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes. I offer phone or Zoom consultations for clients who would like to discuss their vision, styling, location ideas, or overall session experience beforehand. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, prepared, and excited before your session day.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Proofing galleries are typically delivered within 72 hours after your session. Once you select your favorite images, your final hand-edited gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks through a private online gallery.
